Roller latch suitable for single swing and double swing doors. Ideal for push/pull doors on applications such as shops, entrances, inner doors and toilet cubicles.
Available with single cylinder and thumbturn, or alternatively with double cylinder, toilet accessory set 265, flip-up handle sets 9565T or 9566T-1, or Clutch Thumbturn.
Key can be removed in locked or unlocked position.
Optional striking plates supplied separately. Strikes for single swing and double swing doors are available: the single swing strikes are handed.
Available in Satin Chrome finish only. For dimensions see Lockcases Information appendix.
Specification
Hardened steel deadbolt thrown 21mm by 90° turn of key or thumbturn.
Brass roller latch retains door in closed position*. The roller latch may be retracted by lever handle, or simply by pushing/pulling the door. Note that the key/thumbturn does not retract the roller latch.
Available with either 50mm or 70mm backset.
* Roller latch is adjustable from 0mm to 8mm using the screw on the faceplate under the roller latch.
When the roller latch is correctly aligned with the narrow aperture there is no pressure on the deadbolt.

Product has been successfully type-tested for conformity to BS EN 12209.
Regular audit testing is undertaken.
