Assa 3020 Escape sash lock - Compact 3000

Escape sash locks are particularly for residential entrance doors, and comply with BS 5588 Part 1, section 18.8.2 (a). Their simple operation makes them ideal for use by the elderly.
Available with single cylinder only. Uses either Euro or UK Oval profile cylinders.
Supplied as standard with security box striking plate. Both square and rounded faceplates are available as standard.
Lockcase must be used with a double action handle eg. ASSA 3350.

Specification
Hardened steel deadbolt thrown 16mm by internal lever handle or by 360° turn of key.
Latchbolt reversible without opening lockcase.
Available with 57mm backset.
